Meridia offers three organisational and educational services to help people approaching or in retirement to arrange their documents and understand general processes:

• First-Steps Organising Session (฿4,100) — A personal session to help you gather, label, and organise records commonly kept for retirement matters, with a printed organiser included.
• Understanding the Basics Workshops (฿15,000) — A short workshop series explaining how common retirement-related forms and processes generally work, with printed notes and a glossary included.
• Family Briefing & Records Package (฿33,600) — A thorough package to help a household assemble a clearly labelled set of important documents and a written summary for family members, with a home filing layout and briefing sheet included.

All services are strictly organisational and educational in nature. Nothing provided by Meridia constitutes personal financial, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind. We do not represent clients, act as intermediaries with any official body, or make recommendations about personal decisions.

3. What We Do Not Provide

To be clear about the scope of our work:

• We do not provide personal financial or investment advice.
• We do not provide legal advice or representation.
• We do not advise on taxation matters.
• We do not manage, hold, or transfer money or assets on behalf of clients.
• We do not act as agents or representatives with any government body, pension provider, or financial institution.
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our services.

For matters requiring professional guidance, we are happy to signpost you toward the relevant official channels.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions and packages are confirmed upon receipt of payment or agreed deposit. Prices shown on our website are in Thai Baht (฿) and are current at the time of publication, though we reserve the right to update them. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated before you commit to a booking. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund terms will be set out in the booking confirmation you receive. We will always try to find a suitable arrangement where circumstances make attendance difficult.

6. Intellectual Property

All printed materials, written content, glossaries, filing layouts, and briefing sheets produced by Meridia remain the intellectual property of Meridia. They are provided for your personal organisational use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Meridia provides general organisational and educational support. We take care to present information accurately, but we cannot be held responsible for decisions made on the basis of general information shared in our sessions or materials. You remain responsible for verifying any matter of personal significance with the relevant official or professional body.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meridia's liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that service.
