Just bring whatever you have — even if it is only a folder with mixed papers or a bag of envelopes you have not opened yet. The First-Steps Organising Session is designed for people who are not sure where to begin, so there is no wrong starting point.

How long does a session or workshop usually take?

The First-Steps Organising Session typically runs for about two hours. The workshop series spans several shorter meetings spread over a few weeks, so the information has time to settle. The Family Briefing Package is arranged around your household's schedule and is typically completed over two or three visits.

Is this the same as getting financial advice?

No. Meridia's services are educational and organisational only. We share general information about how pension processes and documents typically work. For personal financial planning, investment decisions, or formal submissions, we will point you toward licensed professionals and official channels.

Are sessions available in English?

Yes, all of our sessions and printed materials are in English. We understand that many people in Chiang Mai's international community feel more at ease discussing detailed matters in English, and we are happy to accommodate that.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions take place at our office at 47 Chaiyaphum Road, Si Phum, Muang, Chiang Mai. If you find travel difficult, please do let us know when you get in touch and we can discuss what might be possible.
